Play Sports, Get Better
The camaraderie and competition of sport can make a person feel vital, included and productive - and improve a person's mental health.
To engage in any form of movement you have to get up and out first. Being part of a team, or participating in an individual sport with others striving for the same goals, can inspire great things in even a mind thought defeated by mental illness.
